Biografi: People Management | Social Sciences | LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator I have over 15 years of experience managing teams of teachers and instructors in non-formal education. I’ve always been passionate about the potential of informal learning environments and the unique growth they allow. Today, I bridge the world of Social Sciences with the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology. Having been a facilitator for the past year, I use my after-school programs as a 'living lab' to shift power hierarchies and design more inclusive, collaborative learning environments.
