Bio: I am a Senior Early Childhood Teacher and Key Worker supporting families and children within the NDIS early‑intervention space. My work is grounded in a neuro‑affirming, strengths‑based approach, and I am passionate about creating environments where every child feels understood, valued, and confident in their unique way of learning and engaging with the world. I work closely with families to help them navigate the NDIS, coordinate supports, and ensure services are meaningful, connected, and aligned with each child’s goals and developmental needs. Alongside my Key Worker role, I also support Sector Capacity Building across local preschools, helping educators strengthen their understanding of inclusion, neurodiversity, and play‑based developmental practice. I love empowering educators with practical strategies, coaching, and reflective support so that all children can participate and thrive. I bring a calm, kind, and playful approach to my work, using evidence‑informed frameworks such as the LEGO Brick‑by‑Brick programme to build children’s communication, collaboration, emotional regulation, and social confidence. I’m known for being an active listener, a gentle communicator, and someone who can break complex tasks into manageable, achievable steps. I’m also a mum of three boys, one of whom is neurodivergent, and this lived experience deeply shapes my empathy, advocacy, and commitment to child‑centred, family‑centred practice. Ongoing learning, reflection, and collaboration are important to me, and I strive every day to support children, families, and educators in ways that are inclusive, empowering, and genuinely meaningful.
