Who can join the fun?
Our Brick-by-Brick® training is perfect for anyone in health, education, or care who’s excited about using LEGO® play to make a difference. If you’re ready to run Brick Clubs and bring kids together through the power of play, this training is for you!
A Few Simple Requirements for Leading Brick Clubs:
Part of a Team: You’ll need to run Brick Clubs within a recognized organization, like a school, learning centre, or healthcare provider—any place that’s set up to provide support and has its own complaints and safeguarding policies.
Playing by the Rules: We ask that you follow Play Included's Safeguarding Policy, Code of Conduct, Privacy Policy and the LEGO Foundation's Safeguarding policy. Keeping everyone safe and supported is our top priority!
Leveling Up: To attend the in-person Advanced Facilitator training, you’ll first need to complete our Certified Facilitator training.

I am a parent or carer, can I take Brick-by-Brick training?
While we don’t offer training for parents to run Brick Clubs with their own children, we want you to know there are still wonderful ways you can support your child at home. LEGO brick-based therapy is designed as a peer group program, aimed at helping children interact and build friendships outside of the family, so it’s not intended for family settings.
However, we’re here to help you every step of the way! We know that LEGO play can be a fun and powerful way to support your child’s growth and development right at home. And you don’t need any special training to make it work—just some LEGO bricks, a positive attitude, and our carefully crafted Play at Home activities.
These activities are specifically designed to support families in a simple, engaging way. We’ve created a free downloadable activity guide that walks you through how to use LEGO play to encourage your child’s social, emotional, and developmental growth—all from the comfort of home.
