The children and young people participating in Brick Clubs are at the heart of what we do. We respect and embrace diversity, individuality and complexity, and understand there is no such thing as a one-size fits all solution. We are welcoming, friendly and down to earth. We recognise the limits of our knowledge and work collaboratively with children, practitioners and experts, with human experience and academic knowledge equally valued.

We are passionate about learning through play! Our programme is founded on playful learning and our training is interactive, engaging and experiential. We take a playful approach to running our business and seek playful solutions to serious problems.
We hope to be a source of inspiration to our network, sharing knowledge, sharing challenges and solutions and learning together to achieve the best outcomes for young people that we can.
We love to learn! We aim to nurture a culture of openness, curiosity and playful problem solving. We seek to continuously research, evaluate, innovate and test out our ideas, integrating our learning into our training and resources. We share our knowledge and learn from each other.
Our training and resources are tried-and-tested, and we aim for them to be of the highest standard. We actively seek feedback, ask questions, test ideas, reflect and improve. We believe the Brick-by-Brick® programme works best when it is delivered by well-trained, enthusiastic and playful facilitators. We actively encourage our facilitators to continue to learn, develop and share ideas in our Community of Practice.
