Biografía: I am a bilingual (English-Spanish) MBA with a College Certification in Executive Functioning (EF) and Autism. Also, I have a CDA (Child Development Associate) Credential and PEERS® for Preschoolers and Adolescents Certification. My primary experience has been working with school-aged children and those with high-functioning special needs. I focus on enhancing academic skills and developing executive functions, such as organization and planning, in a supportive environment, and improving social skills through the PEERS® curriculum. This is accomplished through individualized instruction, small group sessions, and customized learning experiences specifically designed to address the unique educational requirements of students with high-functioning Autism and ADHD. Since 2022, I have been facilitating Brick Clubs as a social skills enhancement tool within my tutoring sessions and in various community settings, including public libraries. I am an enthusiastic promoter of the Brick-by-Brick® program because, through the clubs, kids have a positive, fun, and collaborative experience using LEGO® building.
